30 Day Return Policy: We know you will be thrilled with your purchase from SistersGardens.com However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase. Please email email@example.com for return shipping address and refund information. Please follow these instructions for your return to be processed correctly. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it. Sisters Gardens will issue you a credit for the amount of purchase, less shipping charges.
Special Handling of Undeliverable Packages, Refused Packages Returned: Domestic packages refused by the consignee, or which cannot be delivered due to any other cause beyond UPS's control, will be returned to the shipper. Return shipping charges will be deducted from applicable refund. Please include the packing slip in your return, and keep a copy for your records. The returned item(s) must be in new condition and in the original box. Any item(s) that show evidence of wear cannot be returned. To receive a full refund, all relevant parts, packaging and paperwork must be returned in like-new condition with the merchandise. Please wrap package securely in the box and insure it for the full retail price of the item(s). Sisters Gardens assumes no liability for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to our return location. Please request a return receipt for confirmation that the shipment has reached Sisters Gardens returns department. All shipping charges must be prepaid. No COD deliveries will be accepted.
